Yes, I am still here :-)
Last week was extremely busy with our son's 18th Birthday, Thanksgiving, and gearing up our website for Holiday Shoppers. Plus everyone was home for 4 days in a row...which, quite honestly, is very distracting to me. I love having them here, but my daily routine gets thrown off.
We survived all the celebrations, and even braved some Black Friday shopping. I'm not a crazy 5 am shopper...more like late forenoon. Son and I went looking for his Birthday gift. The stores weren't too bad at that time.
While I appreciate the stores trying to have plenty of employees on hand, they need further training on who and how many times a customer is asked if they need help. In the short 20 minutes we were at Best Buy we were approached 7 times. I think I'm going to come up with a rotating pin I can wear that says "If I want help, I'll find you", "Yes, I've been helped" "I cannot be helped"
